Redbow Event’s new office transforms the standard workplace into a vibrant, inspiring environment that fosters both productivity and creativity.
The client, Redbow Event’s, requested a workspace that would break away from the typical cold and standardized office interior. Due to the creative nature of their work, they envisioned a bright, colorful, and distinctive environment where employees could feel motivated, comfortable, and inspired. The challenge was to design an office that balanced playful, creative elements with a professional and organized atmosphere.
The design concept sought to translate the company’s creative character into the overall interior, crafting a space where every detail retains a unique and distinctive personality. Work areas are organized in warm tones, ensuring a welcoming environment without compromising professionalism.
The office is divided into three main zones: workspaces, meeting areas, and relaxation spaces. While these areas are functionally distinct, they are visually and spatially connected through subtle changes in floor levels and transparent partitions, creating an open, friendly environment that promotes natural light distribution and encourages communication and movement.
On the ground floor, communal spaces dominate. The meeting room is separated from the kitchen area by a movable glass partition, allowing flexible use of the space for different needs. A red meeting table serves as the interior’s dominant visual and color element, reinforcing the space’s playful and energetic character.
The second and third floors house individual workstations, each enclosed with rose-tinted glass blocks. These partitions allow natural light to permeate while maintaining privacy and comfort. Corridor walls made of glass blocks visually define zones while ensuring light flows freely throughout the office. The staircase, fully clad in metal, introduces a light industrial touch, adding contrast and texture to the warm interior palette.
Overall, the new Redbow Event’s office seamlessly combines functional solutions, flexible spatial organization, and carefully chosen materials. Transparent partitions, bold color accents, and abundant natural light create an inspiring, comfortable, and productive workplace that reflects the company’s creative spirit while supporting employee well-being and interaction.
