Verpon is a duplex penthouse shaped around calmness and continuity. Conceived as an open interior landscape, the space unfolds without rigid boundaries, allowing light, material, and greenery to define the experience.

A restrained palette of light wood and stone sets the tone throughout the apartment. These materials are not treated as finishes, but as architectural elements that shape surfaces and transitions. Vertical line carvings appear selectively on the marble kitchen island and within the master bathroom, introducing rhythm without ornament. Rounded wooden walls guide movement through the kitchen, living area, and bedroom, softening the geometry and reinforcing a sense of flow.

At the center of the interior, a finely detailed spiral staircase acts as both circulation and sculptural anchor. It connects the two levels while maintaining visual openness, preserving the continuity of the space.

Green terraces extend from both floors, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior. Two of them open toward the hippodrome, allowing the landscape to become part of daily life. The upper level accommodates the master bedroom and bathroom, positioned to frame these views with quiet precision.

VERPON is defined by balance rather than contrast. Through careful material selection and controlled form, the interior achieves a timeless atmosphere where tranquility becomes the primary spatial quality. Text description by the architects.
