Duality distinguishes the entire concept of Ernst – Dylan Watson’s restaurant located in Berlin Wedding. Gonzalez Haase AAS used the precise handling of material to develop a sense of minimalism that meets handcrafted, unprocessed material.
Light is central to the design and focuses on reflection during the day and transparency during the night. Addressing multiple senses at once, the design is intimate, drawing the taste and the food’s careful selection together in a textured and sensory personal dining experience.
